Freedom Constellations Billboard

I asked members of the organization Care Not Control what they thought youth needed to not only stay out of the juvenile justice system, but also to thrive. Everything that they mentioned boiled down to these two categories: opportunity and community. Kids need opportunities to learn, create, work, connect, and play. They need the support of community consisting of family members, neighbors, mentors, and friends. Imagine what that world would look like. How can we create it?
